These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the website www.nerolimo.com (“Site”) and the services provided by 16310192 Canada Inc., operating as Nero Limo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or using our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

 

 

Nero Limo offers luxury limousine and chauffeur services, including but not limited to:

 

Limousine trip bookings

 

Corporate transportation

 

Special event transportation

 

 

Booking: All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

 

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

 

Rate Changes: Published rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are confirmed at the time of reservation.

 

 

8 Hours Prior: Cancellations made at least 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

 

6 Hours Prior: Cancellations made between 6 to 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

 

Less Than 6 Hours: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

 

No-Show: Failure to appear at the designated pickup location without prior cancellation will result in a full charge.

 

Company Cancellations: If Nero Limo cancels the service for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

 

Waiting Time:

 

Point-to-Point and Hourly Services: 15 minutes complimentary wait time at pickup.

 

Airport Transfers: Complimentary wait time of 1 hour for domestic flights and 1.5 hours for international flights.

 

Charges: CAD 1 per minute for the first 30 minutes, then CAD 1.50 per minute thereafter.

 

Tolls and Parking: Clients are responsible for all tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip.

 

Damages: Clients are liable for any damages caused intentionally to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.

 

 

Nero Limo will make every effort to provide the requested vehicle model; however, a similar class of vehicle may be provided based on availability.

 

Images of vehicles on our Site are for reference purposes only.

 

 

Changes made 8 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will incur no additional charges.

 

Changes made less than 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to additional charges at Nero Limo’s discretion.

 

 

Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not jeopardize the safety of the driver, vehicle, or other passengers. The following are strictly prohibited:

 

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

 

Alcohol and Illegal Substances: Consumption of alcohol and use of illegal substances are prohibited in our vehicles. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

 

Behaviour: Any behaviour deemed unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate by the driver may result in termination of service without refund.

 

 

Nero Limo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to:

 

Delays: Due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

 

Personal Items: Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle. Nero Limo will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering lost items but assumes no liability.

 

Third-Party Actions: Actions of third parties that impact our services.

 

Insurance Coverage: Nero Limo is fully insured for liability; however, any claims beyond the insurance coverage are not our responsibility.

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nero Limo, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.

 

 

We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address solely for booking and communication purposes.

 

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

 

We take reasonable measures to maintain discretion and protect your privacy.

 

 

Nero Limo is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

 

 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

 

 

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. Both parties agree to share the costs of arbitration equally. This clause excludes any recourse to small claims court.

 

 

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

 

 

Nero Limo reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our Site. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
